JTI will produce in Russian super Slims Winston cigarettees.
JTI decides to follow the lead of the competitors and start manufacturing yhe super slims version of the most vendors of cigarettes in Russian-Winston cigarettes. Previously, Philip Morris began to produce slims LM and BAT -Pall Mall.

So, writes the newspaper "Business men" Winston Super Slims at the factory "JTI-Pedro" in Sank Petersburg will be several rubles more than for classic Winston. Super slims varities will be offered in 3 sorts:light,super and light menthol.

"Super Slims" is the most fast-developing segment of tobacco market, which according to AC Nielsen has increased since 2004 to 2006 for 5 times and with 5 percent"-says the manager.

Winston is the most market cigarettes brand in Russia and it produced in country since February 2000. According to AC Nielsen, in January 2007 Winston cigarettes occupied 8.7% of Russia market place and after it was LM with 5.2%.

JTI isn't the first company that decided to produce Super Slim Cigarettes in Russia. In April 2006, Philip Morris began to get on shelves in Russia super slims Muratti Ambassador.
